Automatic Access Management: Captures hires, moves and terminations on systems of records (such as HR) and automatically updates target systems.
Authorization Workflow for Change Requests: Provides powerful capabilities that extend beyond traditional user-add and user-delete, to include operations like move, change attributes, enable, disable, and join/exit a group.
Fulfillment Engine: SOAP and XML compatible web service for fulfilling updates authorized by other identity management systems. This service extends the reach of existing workflow engines, delegated administration systems and meta directories.
Central User Administration: Empowers security administrators to manage any user, on any system, from a single point. This web-based console makes security administrators mobile. Built-in support for delegation allows departmental IT staff to manage local users and systems.
Reporting and Auditing: Generates audit trails that report on the accounts that each user has, when they were created and who authorized them. Also report on orphan accounts, authorizer response times and much more. Pre-defined reports and a well-documented schema allow enterprises to audit privileges across systems and eliminate unused accounts.
Access Control System: powerful access control system combined with simpler management of access control lists. Authorizer ability to see or change user attributes is controlled and logged.
Platform Support: Supports over 60 different types of target systems out of the box. Also, allows for the provisioning of physical objects, such as SecurID tokens, down to the level of inventory management.
