PANODSSL.pl version 0.2

PANODSSL.pl is a Perl5-script which converts Panorama stylesheets to
DSSSL specifications. The script has been rewritten in order to be used 
with SGMLS.pm

Paragraph-, Content-, Before- and After-properties are implemented. I'll 
implement the Misc-properties and some other features in the future. Special
qualification of elements is also not yet implemented.

Since not everything is implemented yet, the DSSSL-specification will
not represent all the functionality of Panorama's stylesheet-mechanism.

The generated DSSSL-specification can be seen more as a skeleton
for creating complete DSSSL-specifications. Though the script can
simplify the process to some extent.
