XML4J v1.1.9 has been released. See:

      http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/formula/xml

We have renamed it from `XML for Java' to `XML Parser for Java.'

Changes from previous public release:

• Conforming to Namespace Proposed Recommendation

• Improved memory usage in SAX mode

• Added -nowarn, -stdout options to XJParse

• XJParse can handle wildcards

• Fixed many bugs
