Type of document	<FormName>	ACORD does not have a type of document today, but we do have the ability to identify a specific form and its edition date. An implementation guide could expand the use of these elements to identify the data on that document. Today's definition: The title used to identify a specific form.
As of Date	<EditionDt>	The date usually found on the preprinted form, which indicates the date the form became effective.

Territory Type		This varies by line of business and is defined by the aggregate it is found in.
Sublocation number and description	Sublocation aggregate made up of number and description. Number is <ItemIdInfo> and description is <Description>	Describes the particular sublocation in a manner sufficient to distinguish it from other sublocations at a given location.

Workers Compensation:
Class Code	<RatingClassificationCd>	The Rating Classification Code is a code obtained from the National Counsel on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) Workers Compensation and Employers' Liability Insurance Manual. Only suffixes specifically shown on rate pages may be used. The source of this code list is the NCCI.
Class Code Description	<RatingClassificationDesc> <RatingDescriptionCd>	This text should be used to provide a general description of the nature of operations for the classification code.  Some companies have developed company-unique coding systems to identify specific classifications. (It is possible to have more than one description for a given classification code.) The source of this code list is the individual carrier.
NCCI or Other Rating Bureau (code list),

Number of Employees (by class code)	<NumberOfEmployees>	The number of employees that is associated with the policy, risk, per classification exposure.
Exposure	<RatingBasisExposure>	This is the estimated exposure used for the rating classification code1. When exposure is estimated annual. The Rating Basis for remuneration this is always without decimal places. If this is an If Any Rating then this exposure Rating Basis must be zero.
Experience Mod	<ExperienceModificationFactor>	The experience modification factor used in calculating this premium. If more than one modification factor was in effect during the time period, or if other explanation of the factor use is needed, provide additional information
Anniversary Rating Date	<AnniversaryRatingDt>	It is a date which is used only when the policy is to be rated at rates other than those normally in effect at the effective date of the policy; it indicates when the policy is to be re- rated other than at the expiration of the policy. It is not used, that is, it is left blank, when the policy is rated at the policy effective date.
State	<State>	Workers Compensation Rate State Aggregate <WorkCompRateState> The Commercial Work Comp Rate State Aggregate contains information on the state of the policy's rate.

Year (or VIN)	<ModelYear>	The model year for this item. May or may not be the actual year built
Make (or VIN)	<Manufacturer>	A description of the make of either a vehicle, piece of machinery, boat, mobile home, etc
Model (or VIN)	<Model>	C-20, A description of the model of this vehicle
GVWGCW (or VIN)	<GrossVehicleOrCombinedWeight>	The actual weight of the vehicle or the combined weight of tractor and trailer in pounds.
Vehicle Identification Number	<VehicleIdentificationNumber>	Contains the identification number of the vehicle (VIN)
Cost New, Stated Amount	<CostNew>	The cost of the unit at risk when it was purchased new expressed without decimal places
State Registered	<RegistrationState>	The state in which this vehicle is registered. The source of the code list is the U.S. Postal Service.

Insured Vehicle Number	<ITEMIDINFO>	Generic entity for identification of schedule numbers
Carrier Vehicle Number	<ITEMIDINFO>	Generic entity for identification of schedule numbers
Vehicle Radius	<RadiusOfUse>	The radius (within whole miles) within which this vehicle is used
Owned / Leased	<LeasedVehicleInd>	Indicates whether or not this vehicle is leased from another party

<DateTimeOnSurveillance>	Indicator to identify if electronic surveillance media contains a date time stamp.
<LineSecurityInd>	Indicates if the alarm lines are protected.
<LocalGongInd>	This element indicates whether the alarm system sounds a bell or other type of audible alarm.
<MaintenanceContractInd>	Indicates if the alarm system is maintained by an outside firm on a contract basis.
<MonitoredSurveillance>	Indicators if electronic surveillance is monitored
<NumberOfGuards>	The number of guards within the premises or at the door while the business is regularly open for business.
<NumberOfWatchPersons>	The number of watch persons retained to have care and custody of property inside the premises while closed for business.
