Attribute list declaration changes

• Multiple ATTLIST declarations

  • First one takes precedence

• Global ATTLIST declarations

  • Can be overridden by other ATTLIST declarations
  • #ALL and #IMPLICIT for explicitly vs. implicitly declared elements/notations

• Empty ATTLISTs

• Duplicate name tokens allowed in declared values

• New declared value: DATA notn-name [data-atts]
