There is a new mailing list every SGML expert who wants to do
something good for the whole internet and usenet community
should subscribe to:
"How to use SGML to maintain and publish FAQs"
A quotation from the welcome message:
"Here is a list of some (sub-)topics which can be discussed on this
list:
1. Software recommendations
To automate the conversion to other document formats software
recommendations can be made and discussed or if necessary development
of new software can be initiated (whatever that means...)
2. DTD for FAQs
Design or find a DTD which encompasses all the elements of todays FAQs
and their relationships. Perhaps an already existing DTD can be used
or adapted for this purpose. The design of a really usable DTD
requires the joint effort of people who know SGML and people who know
the problem domain, that is FAQ maintainers."
