  EPCES Restrictions:	7.2.4.2 - the ProfileID substring shall be 
  			"ProfileID:ATA GRAPHICS.GREXCHANGE/RIF"
  			7.2.4.13 - remove OCRB from the list, change the 
  			line before to read "permitted" instead of 
  			"recommended",  disallow any fonts beyond those 
  			in the list, and delete the final paragraph of this 
  			pro-forma item (which defines the ATA rule to be 
  			applied in the case "...if other fonts are used").
  			7.2.9.1 - delete the paragraph which defines and 
  			allows the -4000 escape.
