At http://www.tug.org/applications/jadetex, you'll find an updated set of JadeTeX macros, and further patches to Jade itself (unofficial; James presumably won't look at this sort of thing until XSL is out).
You can either:
start from jade1.1.1, unzip jade-newfiles over the top, and then apply jade.patch.july07 and jade.patch.aug06
use entire jade111-patched.zip distribution
The patches to Jade include:
the table patches, as of July 7th, distributed before
various patches which I worked on in conjunction with David Carlisle to make it possible for him to write a DSSSL specification to format MathML. The output is NOT compatible with older JadeTeX macros.
The JadeTeX macros (version 1.04) are changed to allow for these patches, and implement some minor fixes here and there.
I expect to have to make more changes both to Jade and JadeTeX before both tables and math can be considered finished. . .
