The free Panorama browser is available at a mirror site in Sweden at
the URL

ftp://www.nada.kth.se/IPLab/megabiblion/panofr10.exe.

panofr10.exe is a self-unpacking executable which contains a Windows
installer program for the Panorama distribution. You also need to have
either NCSA Mosaic or Enhanced Mosaic from Spyglass.
