The XML toolkit consists of a number of utilities that perform simple operations on XML files; they can be combined sequentially in pipes. The WSDK is a .NET class library for building Web services using the latest Web services protocols, including WS-Security, WS-Routing, DIME, and WS-Attachments. The MPEG-21 Multimedia Description Schemes Subgroup has completed ISO Committee Drafts for MPEG-21 Part 5 'Rights Expression Language (REL)' and MPEG-21 Part 6 'Rights Data Dictionary (RDD)'. The XSLT Compiler (XSLTC) is a high-performance alternative to the Xalan Classic XSLT Processor for transforming XML documents into a variety of output formats. Conversation Support for Web Services is a technology that proposes and implements a conversational model of e- business interaction by extending and building on the Web Services architecture. XForms is an XML application representing the next generation of forms for the Web. Independently defining the XForms model, instance data, and user interface, XForms separates presentation from content, allows reuse, and gives strong typing, thus reducing the number of round-trips to the server.
