To Our Colleagues,

InterCAP Graphics Systems, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intergraph
Corporation, would like you to know that the new version of their popular
ActiveCGM Browser will be offered free upon its release this summer.

We've been continually enhancing our CGM viewing functionality since 1992,
and with ActiveCGM Browser 6.0 we offer the most advanced CGM viewers
available anywhere.

These browsers give technical graphics publishers tremendous flexibility
in deploying their applications in UNIX, Windows or NT environments by
making high-performance vector graphics available for the web, or CD
distribution, and now we will offer a free version.

Configured to run both as a Netscape plug-in and an ActiveX control for use
with Microsoft's Internet Explorer, version 6.0 of the ActiveCGM Browsers
will also be available for the HP-UX, Sun Solaris and IBM AIX UNIX platforms
and will allow viewing, navigating and printing of both Computer Graphics
Metafiles and TIFF files.

The advanced capabilities of the Browsers include magnification, zoom and
pan control, and support for client-side scripting which allows for
extensive customization and integration. With version 6.0, InterCAP, a
leader in CGM technology since 1991, has produced the most robust and
easy-to-use product available for viewing "intelligent" graphics on the
World Wide Web, CDs or corporate intranets.

InterCAP was the first vendor (in 1994) to offer a native CGM viewer with
support for intelligent graphical objects and we continually enhance and
improve this important functionality.

Version 6.0 of ActiveCGM Browser:

- is object-oriented
- supports all CGM Versions 1-4
- will soon be available on UNIX platforms (this summer)
- supports popular industry profiles like CALS, ATA and J2008
- displays both vector and raster graphics
- is available for Windows and NT environments
- supports hotspots and intelligent graphical objects
- works with both Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Explorer
