This backend can be used free of charge for non-commercial use to 
produce PDF files from SGML sources. The PDF files can be distrubuted
freely and without any further notice, provided the internal creator-
entry in the PDF file is kept unchanged.

The author takes no responsibilty whatsoever for any damage which the
installation or usage of the backend might do to any computer system.

Use at your own risk!

For commercial usage of the backend, please contact the author for
a license.

Requires: - Java Development Kit / Java Runtime Environment 1.2 and up
          - A running Jade / OpenJade installation

This package includes the following parts:

- the fot2pdf-formatter as JAVA executable in fot2pdf
- an introduction to the usage of fot2pdf (usage.pdf)
- the source files which produces the introduction as an
  example for the usage itself :-)
- the auxiliary files hyphen.txt and fontmap.txt for
  the formatter.
