I am pleased to announce that ISO/IEC 10179, Document Style Semantics and 
Specification Language (DSSSL) has been transmitted to the ITTF for 
publication.

Following a ruling from ORNL's Technical Information Officer that the 
Government has an interest in this project, I have placed links to the DSSSL 
materials on the WG8 home page (http://www.ornl.gov/sgml/wg8/wg8home.htm).

Please join me in congratulating the DSSSL project team for this effort and 
thanking them for all their hard work.
