Cost is a structure-controlled SGML application programming tool.
It is implemented as a Tcl extension, and works in conjunction
with the sgmls and/or nsgmls parsers.

cost-manual-2.0.html	-- Draft Cost 2.0 reference manual, HTML format

cost-2.1a0.tar.gz	-- Current (28 May 1998) source snapshot
			   BEWARE! cost-INSTALL.txt does not apply to
			   this version!  However, it does work with
			   Tcl 7.6, and should build under Windows.
