Codebook Header

A Section of the of the Proposed Data Documentation DTD


This document contains a chart which represents the place of Codebook Header Information within the Document structure. It also lists the elements which make up the Citation section. These elements are linked to further information about their status, and to information about the elements and attributes they can contain.
