Infrastructures for Information is pleased to make available to the SGML
user community a FREE Catalog Editor

The Catalog Editor performs the following: 

Parses catalogue entries containing the keyword 'PUBLIC' and checks if
each public identifier belongs to an existing file. 
Allows user to add, edit or delete a catalog entry with the keyword
'PUBLIC'.

The main features of the catalog editor are the following: 

After performing a check on a catalog file, a summary report is
displayed. 
An entry can be modified with a double click of the left mouse button. 
One can check selected entries highlighted with the mouse.
