To anyone interested:

XSLP is a free xsl processor written in Java. Source code will be available this week. The source will be released under an OSD complient license. Please see the release notes as it's not a 100% complete implementation. The two main current limitations are Namespaces and sorting. I plan to have these done as soon as possible. There are a couple of non-standard features such as ECMAScript support as well as xsl:entity-ref.
