Changes to the originally posted "dita13" DTDs:

software-domain.mod:
-replaced single quotes in msgblock/@xml:space def with double quotes
 (bug: syntax)
-converted words.cnt back to PCDATA for msgnum, cmdname, varname
 (bug: elements derived from keyword must have in-kind content models)


programming-domain.mod
-converted words.cnt back to PCDATA for option, parmname, apiname, kwd
 (bug: elements derived from keyword must have in-kind content models)


ui-domain.mod
-converted words.cnt back to PCDATA for wintitle
 (bug: elements derived from keyword must have in-kind content models)


map.mod
-completed removal of erroneous term/tm inclusions from words.cnt (bug)
-moved keyword declaration to follow meta_xml inclusion
 (bug: PE reference order issue)

map.dtd
-uncommented the entity declaration needed to provide substitution contexts
  for mapgroup.mod specialzations (topichead and topicgroup)


utilities-domain.mod:
-created new att set to define translate="no" default for shape and
 coords (architecture)


concept.mod
task.mod
reference.mod
-revised "DTDVersion" to match release version (consistency);
-revised conbody attlist to match other infotype's body attlists
 (consistency)

topic.mod
topic_class.ent
meta_xml.mod
-relocate keyword def from meta_xml into topic.mod (as is) and map.mod (with no tm)
 (bug fix for an architecture fix)


In addition, the schemas have been revised for closer match to the DTDs and tested for validation using a number of services.


Other package updates:

The /schema/java directory has been moved into /demo/java as a more logical location and so that the schema directory can be integrated directly into applications.

The /xsl directory exhibits better conformance to the technique of separating core code (implementors) from processing shells that are called directly.

The Formatting Objects code (xsl/xslfo/topic2foImpl.xsl) has been revised to enable a
generic Table of Contents to be generated from bookmaps.

The ant setup files (build.xml and ditatargets.xml) had some consistency edits.


Other minor reported bugs have been fixed in this version.
