Ambiguous BLANK character in filenames and URIs

Try to fetch these files at the published URIs. The files do
exist [with dummy content], but you will have to make some
guesses about what character is represented by the BLANK
in each instance, as BLANK may be either SPACE or UNDERSCORE.

This document reveals the problem of character ambiguity faced
by a user when viewing typical PDF documents and URIs rendered
in paper print media: the UNDERSCORE character is visually
identical to the SPACE character, because hyperlinks (URIs)
are underlined.

In the representation below, both UNDERSCORE and SPACE are
